Post Office Shoppers Drug Mart

These people take their sweet time. You will often see several employees in the back room while one employee is working with huge line ups. Worst post office by far.

0 STARS! Extremely poor and slow service. I have been coming here for few years as it is closest to my house. Doesn’t matter whether there is one person two or even three people serving at the counter, the lines are huge and the service is painfully slow! I don’t look forward to coming here and now have started going to further locations to get vet service.

I have positive experiences at this postal location. As a small business owner, I expect the supervisor and staff to know their stuff and help me as needed. I did have one issue with a past employee there, but she no longer works there. The supervisor is friendly and willing to help. I've seen how disrespectful and rude many customers have been to the staff there, and to fellow customers. It's sad to see.

Worst post office experience I’ve ever had. The supervisor is incompetent. She was spiteful. I had to call Canada Post customer service. Customer service agreed that there was something seriously wrong with the supervisor. I dealt with three customer service rep and all agreed that the supervisor at the specific post office is incompetent. So much so, they lodged a complaint with the Regional Rep for this location. The supervisor should not be dealing with the public let alone work in the post
