I worked at Nestle as a seasonal worker. I experienced an atmosphere that encompassed a work culture that valued true teamwork and collaboration. I was treated fairly and felt respected. The work environment is positive and the store discount was a nice perk. I believe this is fostered from the top. Great place to work!
