I need some meds while in Tobermory and Lions Head IDA is the closest. On 2 separate occasions I had the same experience the people are rudes and lack customer service skills. I would recommend driving to Wiarton or Owen Sound, rather then deal with such rude and crusty people....5 different people...ALL RUDE...guessing it a pre-requisite and a requirement to work at IDA in Lions Head. ?
After picking up my prescription I came home and cried. My cc number was provided at the time of placing my order, and their clerk demanded it once again before releasing my prescription to me. I don't carry my CC with me, so it was fortunate that I had a copy of an email in my phone that had the number, otherwise I would have been driving back home, and back to the store to give them the number - a 40 min round trip! This isn't the first time, they did it to my husband for the previous pickup!
As a resident here in North Bruce,I find the attitude of aa few of the staff to be down right rude. Rarely will you get a thank-you or a please. Usually it is a larger woman at the cash register with the attitude. They also are very judgemental towards most and limiting your limit of a simple bottle of gravol to One per month where as your name and address are entered in a computer to make sure you never exceed the amount the Owner has set.I just filed a complaint to the Ontario Review Board.
