They treat you like gold when you’re buying the car and then I feel like after they’re still very friendly and professional but if you’re not an older businessman are professional woman you’re treated differently
On a recent road trip,we had tire trouble. We were towed to Grand River, and they went "above and beyond" to find us a tire, and get us on our way home quickly.Very impressed with their service!
I wish I could give them a zero. I brought my rim to there place a week ago, they told me it was fine and would be free to replace it since I got insurance. It was a nice and easy appointment at their store. So, I decided to change my summer tires on first. And one week later, right now, they ask me for almost 3k for a rim.
Terrible! Ignore this place and go buy your BMW from somewhere that is willing to help. We went to the Waterloo dealership today to check out two cars totaling a cost over $150k. The dealer Ezio not only showed reluctance to answer our questions, but he also would not allow us to drive anything, saying "he's too busy" and refusing to provide further clarification on what that meant... I've never felt so mistreated!
