I wanted to put a big thank you to Roger for helping me purchase a sofa for new apartment. He was very helpful with helping me choose the correct size for my personal needs. He also took time to go through the importance of safe guarding my new purchse. I give 5 stars for customer service, I will definitely be back for my next purchase.

Horrible service, I bought 3 appliances, one was recalled and they cancelled my extended warranty I bought amd refused to retire money.
In May 2020 we ordered three rooms of furniture with a delivery to be done the 1st week of September. We are still waiting for the chairs that match our dining room table and server. Around December we got a delivery of some chairs but the back of the chairs were all marked so the delivery people agreed we should send them back. Now we are still waiting with no delivery date in sight and no calls from Leons with information. I realize Covid plays a part but would like our chairs.
We recently purchased a fridge from a lady named Laurie. She helped us immensely in the purchase of our fridge. We had to come from out of town to receive our new appliance due to the pandemic. Laurie had all of our paperwork ready and the fridge at the door ready to be loaded. We cant thank her enough for the excellent service and cheerful demeanor! Thanks again. The Hull family. Thank
Terrible experience. Was told 8 weeks for sectional couch. 21 weeks later nothing at all. Then delivery came up and it was to be between 230 and 530. They called ys at 130 while we were on our wsy back to town. We had 5 minutes to come up with a plan. So our neighbir signed for it and it was left in our driveway. We asked the lady who callled can they wait 30 mins? She ssys she pays hourly so no. Ok we have been paying monthly for over 5 months for something we didnt think we are ever going toge
I am unable to contact the store . They do not answer my calls .I purchased 4 appliances in March and have not received them .
I would like to make changes to my pervious review as I have spoken to the owner Jeff and he has taken care for all my concerns, he was very professional and understanding of my stress the bad experience was just bad timing with everything that is going on in the recent months . Thankyou Sharon
Never again will I purchase from nor recommend Leons Kingston. I will do everything I can to lets others know of the poor service I have received also.
