Absolute awful service; no follow through with work; tries to get money per service call despite their inability to fix things; nearing the level of scammers in my mind. 100% explains why their company has awful review ratings compared to every other service provider. It's a shame because their working staff seem to care; just awful management.

I called them for emergency service on a Saturday because my furnace wasn't working they looked at it for 15-20 minutes said they couldn't do anything until Monday and charged almost $200 when they had supposedly fixed it 2 months prior. Called someone else in and they took care of us. I contacted them twice after the fact to complain about the service and to say I wasn't paying and was told they'd look into it but never heard back other than the bill continuing to show up at my door.
