Worst experience ever. Took my 100 thousand dollars. Dropped the trailer at the edge of the park and left. No walk through. No support. No help. No call Back ever. Broken AC. Broken Fireplace. Leaking Window. Run away form this place. Tell everyone you know. Never do business here. Called them over 20 times they called back once. 100 k spent and they care about nothing.
Mr Clark was rude and abrupt. He did not even have the courtesy to get up off his chair to greet or shake a hand. Possibly he thought I was not seriously interested but I can say, that if that is any indication of the type of service, I would be very concerned about what would happen if one did buy something and they had a problem. Terrible personality. Also, who raised him where he does not take off his hat when meeting people, particularly women. Terrible service.
Very poor service! The man who answered the phone hung up on me instead of helping me find someone to move our mobile home 100 KMS.. Our family was trying to move our park model home that they sold us and now we can't get it moved because they won't help us! Go anywhere else to buy a home!
