I would like to extend a congratulations to Dr. Matsuda and her nurse Maddy. Other staff should take notes on how exceptionally well mannered and helpful they are with patients and have been for years. On the other hand their secretary Carol seems to have a naturally rude approach with people. Hopefully others will not have to deal with her.

Great place they address all my needs and concerns

If this wasn’t government funded it would be out of business for the complet lack of customer respect.

Always have appointment times when needed. Spend a lot of time with you in appointments.

Rude, inefficient and slow

My concerns were swept under the rug for years. Spent thousands on alternative treatments as recommended by her, and when those treatments didn't work, I was told to make another appointment to see her so she could recommend other alternative treatments that also didn't work. Non emergency appointments take 3-4 months, and when I complained about the wait time, I was told to find another Dr. Her answer to everything is to take Tylenol and Advil, no effort to figure out whats wrong. USELESS DR!

Excellent doctor who cares for her patients. Will always do her best even if it means pending extra time with you. Staff are knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. None better

If I wanted to wait an hr to see a doctor I would have just gone to the hospital... they make my appointments for a specific time...then I wait for an hr or longer ...till she calls my name. Why not just make my appointment for the hr ltr time?? Huge waste of time!

If you want to be treated like you are in an assembly line go here! she rushes her patients and spends a maximum of 5 mins. If you need more time then that to explain your illness and potentially be heard you are required to wait a long period of time ranging from a 1-3 months. It seems this doctor is more interested in the number of patients she can book in and charge for rather then helping the individual. FIND A REAL DOCTOR THAT CARES. the staff is nice overall but not the same came be said
