I had a great exp...

I had a great experience with Rajin the owner of Universal auto body shop. He was professional,experienced, efficient, and most importantly very honest and not trying to sell me something that my car doesn't need. Rajin, thank you so much for the experience, and for doing a wonderful job in a short period of time :) Thanks for all the other advice too..

Had a great experience!

My dad has been going to universal auto repairs and BR auto sales for 30 years and I have recently started getting my car serviced here as well. They have excellent service and maintain my 2007 BMW 320i. I recommended universal auto repairs to all of my friends and family.

Worst experience ever

This place is blood suckers. I bought a car from them with warranty and certificate (for more money of course) and it stopped at the same day. It was a piece of junk. They spent week fixing it and make me pay for fixing even without invoice. I returned the car and they deducts 1500 CAD for 1 week. Take care when you are buying

This customer purchased a 10 yr. old car. The car was running ok when it left dealership. The car was towed in to our repair shop for "no start". After diagnosing the problem, the mechanic found diesel in the gas tank. The customer was given the money back for the purchase price of the car and was not charged for any repairs. Our service dept. incurred the cost of repairing his mistake.
