    I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price was right, the knowledge was exceptional; I had a specific idea in mind, and with some suggested tweaks from Andrew I got the floor I wanted at a better price than I had expected. He was more than accommodating to my plans and my new custom floor is the talk of every new guest I have. I couldn't be happier.

    These guys are ho...

    These guys are horrible. They don't speak to you, make their own (easiest) decisions and are very unskilled. Go with M&W (the best in the area) or Byrd's. Unless it is an easy install with brand new, level subfloor and maybe just laminate, avoid these guys. They don't know how to apply stain. They paint it on and leave it. Creates puddles.

    Helpful friendly demeanour, accommodating to all my extra work related requests. Fair pricing (got the typical three quotes). We have a beautiful custom hardwood floor of cherry throughout our main floor because of him, the only guy around I'd trust for finicky details and extensive on site staining and top coating.     Very poor workman...

    Very poor workmanship. No communication provided. They paint and leave stain rather than wipe it off after for a nice finish. Left blotches everywhere.Tried to overcharge for extras incl work that was to be included in price. Nice guys. It's a shame they lack professionalism, talent and social skills.
