Unprofessional, unresponsive, uncaring and unaccountable.
We paid her $2,500 on retainer for which we received little value and not even an invoice. She recently dropped us as clients because of “unforeseen personal circumstances” , even though all the prep for a hearing was done, no future hearing date has been set and her business is still apparently being carried on. She did not even have the courtesy of a phone call or more credible explanation.
Retaining her has been a total waste of money
