Such a wonderful clinic! It’s so nice to go somewhere that really knows exotic pets. The entire place feels like a big, happy family. I saw both doctors with each of my rabbits- one sick and one for a spay- and wow! The care we received was incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have an exotic pet!
I was new to Barrie in search of a Vet for our 3 dogs. I researched a few offices before deciding on Big Bay Point. From the moment you walk are made to feel very welcome by the staff and the Dr's. One of our dogs was diagnosed as a diabetic, and both Dr's took the time with me to help me understand the disease. (I think it was more difficult for me than my dog). If you are looking for a Vet I would highly recommend Big Bay Point
Very polite and compassionate staff. Did their best to provide realistic payment options. If your bringing in an 'exotic pet' call ahead and ask for the vet most experienced with the species. The staff seemed to specialize. Was scheduled for a vet who seemed somewhat uncomfortable with the animal brought in - but no harm done!
