I was dealing with David. First of all, he was very rude to me. Second, he did not do his job- he did not make changes to my account as I asked for! On June 27 I returned a tablet and ask to cancel the plan. I had to visit the store twice and to call 5 times to remind about myself. July 2, I come to the store again, angry and upset , David was very rude and instead of apologies he asked me to leave! Other worker helped me and did all the changes in 2 minutes!!
