Not impressed ordered a pizza For delivery waited almost an hour finally I called to see where my pizza was . The girl on the phone said it was at the shop for pick . Wrong I wanted it delivered gave the guy on the phone my address told him it was gonna be debit at the door ..... finally the pizza comes and the delivery guy doesn’t even have the debit machine with him ...... some one is not paying attention totally screwed that up may be the last time I order from napoli

Horrible experiance with this business. I am a former Caper who hadnt been back that way in 6 years. My wife and I and our 3 kids were visiting relatives. We now live in Ontario. Napolis was our last stop as we were leaving CapeBreton. Napolis messed up and my wife and daughters got a pepperoni pizza instead of cheese. As they are vegitarians it made our last day in CapeBreton a horrible experiance. When I called a couple days later from Ontario to complain. The staff was unconcerned and rude.

My friend and I were in a hurry so we each just got a slice, both kinds were perfect.

The pizza was way overpriced cooked in a conveyor oven with very little ingredients very little taste would not recommend this restaurant to anybody

I had pizza delivered. My garlic fingers had a hair in it, and the pizza box was on pizza top (causing cheese to stick to the box rather than the pizza itself). I called in and was told I would have a credit on my account. Later that week I decided to try again and after several phone calls and explaining myself to various staff, management called me back and said "anyone could call and say that for free pizza" and there was no record on my account and no staff recalled telling me I would have a credit. In the end they refused to honor making up the bad experience they gave my family and I. Horrible customer service.

Hand Made, Don't See That Much Anymore

Well boys and girls, there are no conveyors here. Had the Super Deluxe and WOW, what a pizza. Full of flavor and you can tell it was hand made, right down to the cutting of the toppings. Go for it, you won't be disappointed

Napoli is the best pizza on the island. I have been buying Napoli Pizza for years - their Chicken Delight is like no other pizza I have ever had. No one else has that combination. Great taste!

Absolutely horrid.

We haven't had a pizza in years from here and decided to order one last week....OMG, horrible is an understatement. It certainly lost the best pizza award. We will never order from there again. The crust was undercooked, thick, and the sauce was tasteless.

Best Pizza in Cape Breton

If you haven't tried Napoli Pizza you are missing out, simply the best pizza you can get on Cape Breton Island. Living in Halifax now I miss Napoli Pizza, and it is always a regular stop when I come home to Sydney.
