The staff are friendly and efficient, and the food is phenomenal. This is my entire familys go-to restaurant on any special occasion despite living across the bridge. The menu is small but every item on it has been perfected. Every food they serve is the best version of that thing youll find in the entire city. From their steaks, to their hamburgers to their fish&chips. Even te coleslaw. Especially the coleslaw.
I have visited Midtown several times. On May 29th, however, I was very disappointed when I informed the 'waiter' I had a shellfish allergy, and he immediately said 'I can't guarantee anything'. I ordered nachos, which seemed like a fairly safe dish so I was not concerned nor expecting that type of response, in the manner it was given. Certainly I did not feel comfortable eating at your establishment after a comment like that. I was with a group of people so I stayed while they ate.
