Calling the store by phone was not the greatest but going into the store is pretty great. I been there lots and always had great service and the people are knowledgeable on what they sell, they usually have what I am looking for. One time one of the sales people went far beyond what he had to when I bought a wi-fi extender. He spent 20 minutes explaining everything to me that I did not understand and when I asked if I could call him when I set this up in my house he gave me his personal number.

Terrible store no one in the departments answer the phone and the customer service woman was rude and put me on hold and left me hanging. I hung up after 6 minutes

Bad service it should go bankrupt with all the old tech they claim is new and its just old unbought junk high price

Excellent service. would recommend to anyone

The Not-So-Special Order

I special ordered a desk on August 8, 2017. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks and I'd get a call. I waited 4 weeks - no call. I went into the store and was told only box 1 of 2 came in. Fine. Waited 3 more weeks. No phone call. Went back to Staples YK. Talked to a supervisor. She could not find my paper. Desk not in stock but due to come in Monday. I filled out the paperwork AGAIN and she took a copy of my receipt. It is now October 20. No call. No desk but the have my money. Totally disappointe.
