Do the employees even know how to read?! I don’t drink caffeinated coffee for certain reasons, 3 cream 1 sugar. Is that really hard to comprehend??!!!!!!! Xl DECAF 3 cream 1 sugar. Not regular with 1 cream 1 sugar. Location Kenaston and McGillvary. Never going back!!!!! Manager offered me 2 free coffees said no. So you can get it wrong again?! Terrible
Waited 30 min for my kids food, happy meal and nuggets. Asked where the food was as my husband and I ate 20 min ago and they told us to sit down and let them do they're job!!! Clearly they don't know how to do it cause they brought our food again AFTER they firgured out our kids order. Very disappointing will not be going back, management was horrible. We own 15 businesses in Winnipeg and that was not customer service today.
