They sell broken appliances, refuse to replace them and tell you to contact the manufacturer. I should have checked their horrible reviews first.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. We’re having nonstop issues with the couch that we got and no one seems to be able to help us!
Terrible customer services. If there are damages to the product and not satisfied customer, they are not good to deal with at all. Basically they will tell you where to go. We are still waiting for supervisor of customer services to contact us. Not impressed at all.
Ordered an appliance from this store and set delivery date. Made arrangements to be off work and at home. Called to confirm on day of delivery and was told delivery was actually scheduled for the next day. Representative tried to shift blame to me and made no attempt to make the situation better. Will never bother looking at Leon's again and will spread the word to others.
I had amazing help and guidance from the sales team at Leon’s. It felt like I was among close friends, and who better to buy what you need than from someone ya trust. I was able to find what I was looking for, and Im excited to enjoy my new furniture for my home. Thank you Leon’s Team!

Worst customer care I have ever seen. I never purchase anything from there but one of my neighbors buy dining table from there. She has some warranty issues with some of the table parts. Unfortunately, she was not good at English spoken and cannot explain well about the problem. I was there I am trying to fix the problem but the delivery team deals very badly with me, they were yelling and say some bad words I cannot even write here. They try to take more parts but give her not exactly the same.
Customer Service should be renamed Customer Disservice. They are argumentative and definitely do not hear what the customer has to say!

The worst furniture mart which I have ever seen. Poor quality furnitures for high price. Unfortunately I can't upload a photo to this review. My leather recliner love seat has lost it's colour, cushion, and stitches within 3 months. Leons gave me a very hard time to replace this sofa. After sales, you will not be their customer. You will be thrown away from the shop by their rep and customer service peeps. It's a very bad idea to choose Leons. Think before you leap!
Have bought most of the furniture in my house at Leon's. Everything is decent quality for the price.
