This is by far the worst customer service I have received in any business. As a consumer, I have the right to have the information needed to make a financial decision. I have a right to know what I am buying and what I am paying for before the work being done. I was refused information at everything. The only time I got the information I needed was 3 days after I paid and emailed the manager. I do not recommend this Canadian Tire to anyone.
