Optometrists have no bedside manner. Very abrupt with children. The receptionists are rude and will let you stand there for 10minutes before greeting you. My expensive frames broke, I phoned them and the lady who answered was very rude on the phone. Brought up my name on the computer & decided that they couldn’t honour the 2yr warranty. I went in with the broken frames and they had no record of my phone call and tried to sell me the frames @ 50% off. Ridiculous place to go.

The doctor gave wrong prescription to my daughter and she had to go back for re examination of eyes. I had to pay again for the lenses which they won’t refund.
