First and foremost, appointment was set and phone number for correspondence was left. Company did not show and did not call. Phoned and did not get a return call. Phoned again following week and was told they were booked for week and to call back. Expressed my disappointment and was told to call someone else and was hung up on. Called back and was hung up on again. This is just one of the properties we use blockbuster for, we also use them for our apartment block. Would not recommend.

Great Job Blockbuster!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and Blockbuster came out right away and fixed it. They were efficient, polite, quick, and explained what the issue was and what they did to fix it. I have no complaints and feel good about the whole experience. Good job!
