If possible I would have given no stars. My order was charged to my account but not processed because delivery was not available and to get the order I wanted I would have to pay more than their advertised price. BRUTAL customer service. No one responds to emails, promises to return phone calls do not happen. Should have been refunded in 5 business days, but it has taken almost 2 weeks for an order that florist.ca was no able to fill OR deliver. I would NEVER use this company again!

Bad Business!

If it was possible I'll give them a half star. My flowers showed up two weeks late, repeated attempts to contact these guys to no avail. No one calls or emails me back. Flowers are pretty but they were for my sister's graduation two weeks ago. I am disputing the charge on my credit card.
