Been dealing with LDI for a while now, with the excellent customer service from one of the best techs I have ever had visit the kitchen , Dan will visit after hours to make sure our fixes are working, also showing up with no notice to get us on our feet. The quality of work is always top notch, rarely do we have any fails after LDI shows up. Never do I call anyone before I call Dan from LDI.
