    They do not give a contact phone #, just a fax# They are not customer service oriented.

    Make sure you do your homework before you use this company their service is not compatible with IPhone 6s Plus and when you try to get a refund you will be berated on the phone over why you didn't call their support number which closes at 5 pm. You're out of luck if your service is down when they're closed!
