When I first purchased your Bagels I was extremely happy - however on the 2nd visit the Bagels were burned and dry - will not be purchasing them again. Staff at takeout ordering EXTREMELY PLEASANT AS ARE ALL EMPLOYEES I COME IN CONTACT WITH.
Cold food, terrible customer service, and dirty restaurant. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before. It shouldn’t be this bad.
Only because the staff was just so excellent. There's this awesome girl who was just the best at serving me my food. Plus she can speak French really well.
Spent 32 minutes sitting in the drive-thru line, and there were many more people behind me with longer waits. Once I finally get to the window, the kid has to ask for my order again, spends multiple minutes staring at the bags of food in front of him, and sniffs my drink for good measure, before finally giving me my order. Food was ice cold, of course, since it had been sitting there for I'd guess at least 15 minutes. It wasn't even busy - 10:20pm when I arrived, just before 11 when I left.
