Times and $$ changed on day 1, NO SHOW on day 2; had to hire another company to rescue me; This crew broke no fewer than 18 items (some irreplaceable), damaged 5 others and lost some (some found in dumpster); also damaged new wall paint; left my china cabinet outside; Jay promised to replace the glass shelves his crew broke, then wouldnt answer my calls; they refused to give a receipt and took me to his bank to deposit directly into his account. I feel I got thoroughly hosed by this company.

Terrible experience with this company. Items left behind. Items broken. Estimate was $1000 off. Muddy footprints left on new clean carpet. Poor communication. Despite asking numerous times, the company would not provide any receipt for what I paid.
