The mobile unit did not advise us that they would not be coming to do my dads blood work and missed at least 2 separate occasions. When I called them they said they literally had no one to do 4 different routes this week. They also said their computer bumps people off the list and does not advise them this has happened. No one tells the patients they have been bumped off either, so they are left hanging, not knowing what is going on.
This is unacceptable for elderly and infirm people.
