Encore Towing & Service

I had an absolutely awful experience with Encore Towing. They towed my family's vehicle from common strata property without authorization from the strata management and without providing any notice to us. To make matters worse, they slapped me with a ridiculous $500 charge upon release of the vehicle, which included an outrageous $40 per day storage fee. There was no attempt to notify me, giving me no opportunity to address the situation before these fees piled up. Don't work with them.

Amazing service and fair price. Bryan is a super cool guy and really helpful when we called with our transmission blown in Squamish. He made our unpleasant car situation a more calm and tolerable one with his professionalism and assistance.
