In early May of 2015, Miss Lina opened for business at the Richmond Summer Night Market, to bring a unique and difficult to find dessert to Vancouver BC.
Today Miss Lina builds on every success and every mistake, often with a bit of luck, but always with a lot of love, to create French mille crepe cakes, and Asian inspired accessory desserts. The customer experience is valued above all else and every effort is made to express the royalty of our customers.
Since we specialize in multi-layer crêpe cakes, we offer many different choices in flavor to meet everyone's taste. We understand the incredibly high standards you expect from a premium, hand made, 20 layer crepe-cake. So we took the time to model our cakes in the French tradition of the famous, paper thin mille crepe, combined with a delicate and light tasting cream. I love Miss Lina Crepe cakes! The service was genuine and very professional. They were ready to answer all my questions and delivered above my own expectations. They even delivered to the restaurant and made our dinner feel so rich with a crepe cake for dessert.
