I was once a Tims full time customer, now I really have to say your food and coffee has gone down hill. I went thru the drive through, I asked fora toasted bagle with cream cheese. The cream cheese was just plopped on in big goobs. I have had bad luck with your sandwhiches, mistakes with my order, cold coffee and coffee so sweet they must have put the whole sugar jar in. When I travel I always stopped at Tims. BUT no more. a thermos with buns and lunch meat is better than Tims.
