Went to transfer ownership and buy insurance for a 1999 5th wheel. Robyn, the auto plan representative, stated that the transfer papers and the signature on the bottom of the registration didn’t match. I told her that the registration signature was signed on the back of a tailgate which is why it looked a little rough. The seller was also much older. In any case she refused to perform the transfer after I waited in line for at least 20 minutes and stated there is another insurance agent in town.
