Sloppy, inexperienced, careless and unprofessional demeanor. Owner was dismissive and defensive when concerns were raised about quality of work and mistakes made. Breached contract and neglected to sand fascia and damaged wood as per contract. When owner was asked about work not done he became extremely defensive and made excuses.
