Honestly, I am no superstar fitness model with a shredded six pack (ha! surprise!) and I have battled this area of my body my whole life. It has by far been the most frustrating area to get 'control' over and to feel confident . I like to eat and drink wine, I work full-time and I don't have time to workout all day (even though I am a studio owner and personal trainer / fat loss coach), I am a mother of 3 school-age kids and quickly approaching age forty – probably the same as most of the 'normal' women out there.But this is my real life: I have battled weight gain and fluctuations for my entire adult life and have conquered multiple pregnancies with an already too big belly.
