Osoyoos Pho Vietnamese Cuisine

Followed these guys here from summerland. The pho is the best in the south okanagan. The mother makes the most amazing broth, and I have been getting it for years now. The atmosphere is not the greatest you will often hear arguments and its unpolished, but that is part of the charm.

Stopped in to try the new restaurant in town. Better go quickly, because this joint will be out of business by Fall. Half full, (maybe 12 customers) ...dirty tables not being bussed. One (rude) guy was the only person we could see. Told us there would be at least a 45-minute wait for soup. We decided to leave; as did two other couples. I asked him why he would open a new restaurant without any staff. Just shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care if we stayed or not.

Ordered 7 dishes and paid $91, sat and waited for 20mins as they prepared the food. By the time they completed the order some of our dishes were cold. Then when we got home we noticed that they missed 3 of the dishes and when I called they said no they served us what we ordered. I explained that my guest didnt get a meal he ordered very clearly and they told me no again. We will not be eating here again because of how ripped off we feel. The food isnt bad but service is lacking big time

Staff was rude and unfriendly. We went to get pickup we ordered in advanced but were left waiting as they forgot to put our order in. While we waited for our food we were looking at bubble tea flavours and were told by the man at the front to “hurry up” and order (nobody was behind us in line we were not holding it up). The food matched the quality of the service.
