Buying a new bike maybe good from here but getting a bike repair you should get a few different quotes. My experience was that Cap was not the cheapest , not even close. They did match a quote I got from another bike shop but when I got my bike back it was not ridable.
I shopped around a bunch before buying a bike at Caps. I found they had the best prices for the models I was looking for, a great selection, and very good customer service. I'd definitely do business with them again!
