Prideaux Apartments

The only reason this apartment is a 1star is because it is fairly quiet. Other than that, the landlords are slumlords, the building is falling apart and its security is abysmal. Do not rent from this apartment.

nice little places

Great place for 1 or 2 people, quiet, says senior friendly building, but great for quiet younger people as well. Had trouble with building manager during as well as after tenancy. constantly knocking on our door complaining about other tenants, asking us to write a complaint about whoever he had a problem with so that he could do something about them. Had lots of trouble getting mail from after we had moved (government issued mail) Tried to charge us money to get our mail, wouldn't take mail out of box and put on top of the boxes or give to mailman, basically he illegally witheld our mail for over a month and half
