They did an incredible job with my vehicle. They are also kind and friendly, fair with their prices and do a pick up and drop off if you need it. I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning and I definitely recommend them.
They did a good job cleaning my car but unfortunately weren't careful enough with their cleaning instruments and got moisture in my steering column which caused the control switch for the signals and cruise control to short out.
I didn't really save any money by going to them because now I'm faced with over $1000 to fix the cruise control alone ($200 for the signals).
This damage will affect the resale value of my car by a minimum $1000...
I've heard from a few people now that they have had similar problems with this shop and have watched them use their wand where they shouldn't have.
I'm feeling extremely let down, I don't have that kind of money to fix my car.
ICBC claims there was initial corrosion to begin with but that doesn't change the fact that they still got enough moisture in a sensitive area where moisture shouldn't have been, their high pressure steam wand shouldn't have even gotten near my steering column. Who's to say my car wouldn't have been fine had they not gotten that moisture in there? It was perfectly fine up until I took my car there.
Go here at your own risk... The least they could have done is refunded my money so that I could have used it to fix my car.
These guys have detailed several times for me and do a phenomenal job. They are very detail oriented and I've been pleasantly surprised every time.... Don't really like the business name but I got over it !! (Spit, blech)
i spent good money with these guys to have my car done and when it came time to pick it up it was pretty much a wash and a vac streaky windows needless to say unsatisfied .
