worst experience ever had!!!!!
the store dry cleaned my scarf and ruined it. I did know how they done with my scarf, when I got it, there were many small holes on it. the worse thing is that the workers in the store did not admit what they done with my scarf, and a women who was the manager and owner was extremely rude and even force me to leave the store in the end. I got nothing as compensation.
Do not go to the store, they will ruin your stuff!
They're the best dry cleaners in town. I've always done my dry cleaning here and it's always neatly done. I'd recommend them to anyone. Dinah's is the best in Kelowna
I've been dealing with Dinah's Cleaners for about 8 years now & have been taking my Nat Nast Silk Shirts to them as they do an excellent job & are reasonably priced.
On Sept.15th I went in to pick up 9 Nat Nast Shirts that had been dropped off the week prior. Ownership has changed & I got back 9 "laundered" shirts NOT dry cleaned. Owner not willing to do anything & insisted I leave the store. Stay away from this business!!!
