Awesome experience all around!
This place sucks. Third time I had an appointment cancelled last minute once I didn’t even get a call. Today is Mother’s Day and they call me 50 mins before my appointment?! What a total joke ? dont even bother making an appt. You will get excited about it and then they will just call an cancel and basically not offer you any options. They might not even call you to tell you ?? Save your time and money and just make the drive to spa utopia or something
I tried booking a spa treatment through the office. The "secretary" took my credit card information and said I'd be notified within 20 minutes. No response. I sent two emails asking for a reply then out of desperation (it's Christmas and I was desperate for a present), booked through the web site. The manager informed me they will charge me twice and all sales are final. I can't believe I am being treated this way.

Hi William, I am the Spa Director at European Day Spa & Salon. Thank you for notifying us of your experience via Google. I have been made aware of the charges that have been made to you in regards to gift card sales and I understand that the original gift card was purchased over the phone on Saturday and the secondary gift card was purchased through our website on Sunday. The email for the original gift card was sent to you within 30 minutes as per your request and as we promised. I apologize if for some reason this email did not go through on our end or was not what you were expecting. It is our hope that every customer that we have the pleasure of helping, leaves our spa feeling satisfied and happy with their purchase and/or service. We value our guests feedback and we would like to make this right. If you would like a refund on one or both of your gift certificates, we would be more than happy to do this for you. However, once we put through credit card information for purchases, we dispose of that information in order to protect our clients. We would need you to call the spa with your credit card number in order to do this and instructions on if you would like both gift certificates refunded or which one you would like refunded as they are for different amounts. ($100.00 and $150.00) Please note, the gift card that was purchased through our website involves a third party (Paypal) and may take a few hours for the refund to go through. Normally, our gift certificates are final sale, but we would be more than happy to do this for you. Again, we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and we hope that we can make this right for you. The spa will be open from 9:00-8:00pm today and our phone number is 604-852-2228.
