Brewing your own beer or making your own wine can be intimidating. The Winning Wines Plus stores in Edmonton have helped their customers overcome that hurdle for almost three decades now. "The best thing is to educate the customers,” says Margaret Ann Pettitt, company co-founder. “Because when you educate them, they have the power to make the right decisions when they're putting their product together." She regularly tells customers to call the store any time if they have a question. “We always make ourselves available.”
