We had a great experience with the top notch salesman Jordan Gill. EXCELLENT customer service on his part with a friendly smile and great knowledge. If you choose to go here I definitely recommend asking for him!!
We had an excellent customer experience in buying a new 2020 Toyota Highlander XLE and trading in our old car during the Toyota Red Tag Days event this August 2020. The staff here are very professional and treat you very well. We personally dealt with Douglas McCarthy. I came to him on a recommendation/referral from a family member. I am confident in their service, and would be personally comfortable with recommending Sherwood Park Toyota to family, friends and coworkers.
Chris kambeitz was so helpful even thou I was just window shopping he took the time just as if I walked in with a handful of cash to buy. Clean dealership and everyone is so friemdly
