called and talked to a gentleman on Saturday. asked about an issue with my hot water tank, he was nice enough to suggest an issue. I called back again to try and book him for the next Monday. left a message with no return call. turns out I repaired it myself. Thanks for the help. will not call back.
We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient....
I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!
Had an amazing experience with Dave tonight. I was out of town and had friends staying at my place (out of town) . I called him later at night (9ish) and He was just putting his kids to bed he called me back and Offered to come right out or do it tomorrow or trouble shoot step by step over the phone/text. We tried option C to start with and an hour later it was fixed.
Saved the weekend for my friends.
