The service provided by Grant and his team was exceptional. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the concern I had, which another dealerships Team of mechanics could not figure out and would have put me out lots of money. Installed Pitman arm and Idler arm in wrong didn't mark the way the old one was installed so anything over 100 mph the steering would wonder took it to a different shop to get it corrected didn't want to take another chance on them.

My truck was sitting there for a week without anyone working on it, I kept calling and they kept saying it was next to go in. I towed it elsewhere. Never going back to this terrible mechanic!
We dealt with the owner of truck( gentleman is what we thought). Truck was towed in for a no start. Pushed truck into shop diagnosed as requiring a fuel pump. pushed out side waited for authorization. got authorization to repair, and they want a out of provincial inspection. (1997 2wd G.M over 300,000 km) Then I personally took calls from a female and male owners of this truck on the status. I explained that we were trying to get back to it as soon as possible. Just about 2 hr's before we were ready to push the truck back in, I got a call from a lady to tell me that she was towing to someone else. ( I told her it was a couple of hr's to coming in, but she told me to do no work on truck and she would tow it a way. the truck sat there for three days if not more after our conversation with her. We did not charged her for our diagnoses, nor did she offer to pay. so at the end of the day, it was confusing in dealing with both parties. As one was alright with our progress and the other not.
