I made verbal arrangements to meet Joan to look at three different apartments in three different buildings between 7:30 and 7:45 p.m. She was aware I took a bus to town from Syncrude. The bus dropped me off 10 mins later than usual due to full capacity. I was five minutes late and Joan left and did not call me. She expected me to call her while I was driving?????? Very poor customer service! Hopefully the buildings are not managed in the same manner!
