Got a quote in Aug.This went fine.Asked them to do the work. They booked it into Sept (couldn't give an exact day). Sept goes by, never showed, never called. I had to call them to see what was up. They schedule me into Oct and assure me it would be done before winter arrives as my windows were getting pretty bad. Oct goes by. No call or anything. I once again had to call them. Schedule it into November. Once again, NOTHING. Here I am in December completely screwed. Done with these guys.
