poor service

I have taken my dog jammer to rossestti's for all his shots,they were very good to jammer but on February 6th my dog was bitten by another dog in the side i took jammer to the clinic to have it looked at to see if i should take him to emergency or not,i was told they would not look at jammer without an appointment.there were no other pets in the place but were waiting for 2 appointments,I asked if they could take a quick look while waiting for appointments to show they said no.Iam asking everyone that reads this to go somewhere else,they DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS CLINIC
