Priscillas Pet Emporium & Parlour

I would give Pricilla Pet Emporium no stars. My puppy had her cuts done in stages with no problems. However, her 4th cut the the individual at the cashier’s desk stated abruptly “the tail was matted” then as my puppy was whining to get out of the groomer’s the individual replied abruptly “oh your dog”. My puppy came home shivering for 2 days. She cowered when I approached her the next day. She was traumatized. I have found another groomer. My puppy now comes home happy and playful.

Both my babies were not not the same since going to Priscilla’s pet emporium and parlour on march 18th 2022. Casper has improved very well since than and Bear still a working progress. Just so I’m clear I am not accusing anyone what’s so ever of mistreating my boys. First of I have to say Tessa did an amazing job on Casper’s haircut. No other groomer has gotten the cut the way we liked it until Tessa did. Tessa did cut Casper on the pad of his foot. Accidents happen I understand that; however,
