Jim Young Collision/Fix Auto Gateway is the most outstanding shop I have ever visited. I have brought both my personal vehicle here for collision repair and my classic car for restoration services. The service I received was excellent, the lady in the office was friendly and thorough, and Joe was so knowledgeable, the collision work on my personal vehicle was awesome and he absolutely knocked my classic vehicle restoration out of the park. My vehicle was vandalized and requires new side view mirrors, all new windows for a Mercedes C 300. I was advised at the time they would have my vehicle ready in 3 weeks. After 3 weeks it wasn't ready and held my car hostage for 11 weeks before I got my vehicle back and it was only after I said I was towing my vehicle to another collision shop anything was adresseed. they never fixed my sunroof correctly either. Given the wrong time period provided I would never go back there or recommend anyone
My Mercedes was involved in a serious accident. After researching body shops and getting insurance, adjuster, dealer and appraiser referals I chose Jim Young Collision. They have leading edge frame equipment, Standox paint materials as used on high end vehicles and specialized welding machinery to make a like-factory repair. The repair was amazing and they were very patient to answer all of my questions. I will absolutely use them again if I ever need a body shop.
The work done on my car looked amazing but dealing with the girl at the front desk was horrible! She was rude and it seemed like she was trying to make the entire process difficult. She rolled her eyes at me on numerous occasions and had the worst attitude. Everytime I asked a question, her response made me feel like I was inconviencing her! I am sure there are other shops that do just as good of work without the hassle and the attitude. I wont be going back!!
