Customer service is non existant! 1hour on hold (phone) with still no rep available. Their Free internet chat line requires $15 payment. The Turbo Tax program does not allow for more than 1 activation code though each return requires separate payment, one cannot file income splitting (2 returns) even though two activation codes were purchased.(poor software).
