Excellent dealership. Very busy so ensure to make your service appointment in advance. Took good care of me in August of 2021. Bought oil, filters, apparel and helmet parts. All the staff I encountered were more than happy to help. Due to COVID and being from out of town I had to reschedule my 1st service three times. Dan Mac in service was patient and understanding and it all worked out.
AVOID!!!!Terrible experience from start to finish. Show up to buy a bike I’d researched completely- go away, no one can help you today! Buy the bike and accessories to be installed. Arrange pickup. Call a couple days before pickup-“did you really want those installed- we didn’t get the right stuff”. Day of pickup- “Where is my GPS?” “You can’t leave until I see registration, but you can’t get registration fo 2 hours from now” Complain to manager- “I’ll pay for your 1st service”. No, total lie.
By far the worst experience I've ever had from a service department. It's just take your money and run. Would never recommened
Went in there a few times very friendly staff. They do not push you to buy but help you get the best deal. Highly recommended!
I am disappointed. We bought a bike there recently and when we returned to buy accessories, the sales team was not friendly or very helpful. They are very friendly when they are trying to sell you big ticket items. Also found out the bike was a few hundred less at another dealer. Lesson from this experience, always shop around and there are many options in Edmonton with friendly and helpful staff. Even their service is over priced.
Poor service. I made an appointment for 9am. I waited 2 hours and my bike was still not being worked on. I told them I had other appointments I needed to keep. The service writer made little effort to help me. I won't go back

I went to Argyll Motorsports to get a YAmaha generator for my mobile business and Josh was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. He even brought out a couple different ones to hook up to my mobile unit to see which one would work best. I also found the prices to be very reasonable as well in comparison to other places. I couldn't of asked for better service from Josh and I would highly reccomend him and Argyll to everyone.

Argyll Motorsports has horrible customer service and poorly trained staff in apparel. They sized me too large a helmet (which I learned after) and will not rectify the issue now I'm out 600$. I called for a week to speak with a manger/owner and kept getting directed to the floor staff. I went in twice and both times the owner, Curtis, was hiding - too scared to handle an unsatisfied customer complaint. I have been a customer for 14 years and that ends today. Avoid Argyll Motorsports!
Always have the gear I want in stock and doing special orders are very easy and quick.

Horrible. They quote me 800 to service my quad and the bill came to over a 1000. They said it would take a week and it took a month and a half. No apologies no calls nothing. I had to chase them. I sincerely urge everyone to stay away from this outfit. There are some serious issues with this company in both service and sales.
Worst customer service I've ever had. They don't phone you back, rarely answer, and never follow up. They ordered me the wrong parts several times and have never gotten parts within the time frame they've stated. They don't seem to care at all about satisfying their customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The customer service at this store is terrible. The products that are offered here are very overpriced. The selection is not impressive, and the customer service borders of being painful. I do not recommend this store to anyone.
